I love platter meals, although I tend to toss them together for lunch not dinner. I need to go the dinner route because it’s when I’m less likely to want to actually cook. This lamb is pure perfection.

I just LOVE platters! They’re so great for putting out at a party, so that way guests can just add what the like to their sandwich. This is absolutely beautiful, and that lamb looks gorgeous! Thanks for sharing! 😀
